A clear place to start.

These terms explain how the Specced website, catalogue and request service work.

The request service

You can browse parts, explore concept packages and submit a sourcing or build request. Submitting a request does not place an order, reserve stock or create an obligation to purchase. No payment is collected through this version of the website.

Product information and pricing

Manufacturer reference prices and planning budgets help you explore options. They are not a binding Specced offer. Availability, final pricing, GST treatment, delivery, installation requirements and any substitutions are confirmed in an individual quote before you accept an order.

Fitment and vehicle information

Provide the correct vehicle make, model, year, variant, intended use and existing modifications. A catalogue listing or package concept is not confirmation that a part fits your vehicle. Vehicle-specific fitment and any applicable installation or certification requirements must be resolved before purchase or installation.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate contact information, keep your password private and use the site for legitimate enquiries. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service or attempt to access another person’s account or private records. We may restrict access that misuses the service.

Concept profiles and brands

Profiles labelled as examples and the concept builds associated with them are illustrative. They are not testimonials, verified installations or creator endorsements. Brand names identify products that can be requested; their inclusion does not establish an authorised dealership or partnership.

Your rights and questions

These website terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Any transaction will include its own confirmed supply terms. If something is unclear, contact support before proceeding.
